April has been a very busy month!!
On the day before Easter we went to the church for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. We had a great time! There were plenty of eggs there for everyone this year, and the kids enjoyed finding their "loot". Kallie got a black eye before the hunt ever started by falling off a chair! She recovered quickly and was ready to go when the hunt began.
Unfortunately, on Easter morning we had to miss church because Kallie was coughing so much that we didn't think she should go to the nursery. However, as you can see from these photos, she seemed to be feeling better as the day went on. Nana and grandpa got a bounce house for their backyard and Kyler bounced all day long! They had fun hunting eggs with their cousins at Nana's house also. We had to hide all the candy from the weekend because we had enough for a year!!
Easter day was also the day we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday.
The next weekend we went to Portland to celebrate Grandma's birthday and then Sammy and Sophie's birthday. Sammy and Sophie actually share the same birthday as my dad. For their birthday we went to JJ Jumps and had a great time in all of the different bounce houses. They were very spoiled by all of their friends and family and, despite how cramped the "cake and presents" room was we all had lots of fun.
Then, we had to come home and do taxes. That was depressing, so we don't have pictures of that! =) Other than all of these parties we have been busy with lots of decisions to make: Do we sell our house and buy a bigger one? Do I go back to full-time next year or switch to a different position in order to stay part-time? Do we send Kyler to preschool? I'm sure that God will direct us in all of these difficult decisions.

Where is that JJ Jump place? That looks like so much fun!!

So many decisions...I'll pray that you will have peace in the process.

Love,
Katie

Thank you for your prayers Katie! We definitely need the Lord's guidance.

The JJ Jump place is in Portland, but there is a Bounce Arena that is very similar up in Tri-Cities. We should take the kids there sometime. It's only $6 to jump to their hearts content. Adults are free. =)

Greetings Jennifer. I love all of your pictures! I haven't been on your blog in a month and so much has changed. Your children are soo cute...(like their mother)! Life decisions can be rough, but I know the right thing will come to the two of you, (usually it is the most simple plan). My thoughts will be with you. ~Shannon
