Just Checking In

I am just posting a quick note to check in with everyone. Right now we are currently at an RV resort in Canyonville Oregon. This is after a family vacation at Crow Butte last weekend and then a couple of days in Gresham visiting Jeff's mom. We have been having lots of fun riding bikes, swimming and playing at the playground. I think we have finally decided to stay one more night and we are not sure where we are going from here. Eventually, by next weekend, we are going to be landing in Astoria at the KOA there. We haven't decided if we should run down into California for a couple of days, or travel the slow way up the Oregon coast. Anyway, no matter what, we should have lots of fun. Kyler and Kallie are little fish!! We have to be sure they are wearing their life jackets whenever we are close to water as they will just jump in with no fear!! Kyler today was running and jumping off the side of the pool and into the water. He was also laying forward to practice holding his breath under water and laying on his back to practice floating. He could stay in the pool all day!! This weekend, while at Crow Butte we had my dad's boat there and Kyler went on the intertube behind the boat (with Uncle Ben)!! He absolutely loved it. I can't believe he wasn't even a little scared! Kallie is a little more reserved and doesn't really like her life jacket since it always tips her over onto her back and she doesn't have much control from there. But, she has to have it on since she likes to just go gung ho and often ends up under the water just looking at us and wondering if we are going to help her up. So, anyway, we are having lots of fun. We are missing our church family quite a bit as we have only been there one Sunday this entire summer, but we will start strong again soon! I hope you are all doing well!
